WebMay 18, 2010 · It’s such a relief to find this post! In the last three months I’ve had a steroid injection directly in my knee, oral steroids and a overall steroid injection. I’ve had on and off fevers/ body aches, totally exhausted, awful waves of severe headaches and nausea, and a lack of appetite! I just feel rubbish most of the time WebI received a cortisone injection in my shoulder 1 1/2 weeks ago. I have been feeling nauseated, dizzy, headaches, and foggy headed. My MD stated it's a possible side effect from the injection and could take up to 6 weeks for it to go away.
